Caitlyn Jenner has blamed the paparazzi for the fatal Malibu car accident that took place in February 2015.She has also sued them for stalking..
According to court documents obtained by E! News, Jenner claims that a group of photographers were stalking her the morning of the incident and followed her as she drove along Pacific Coast Highway.
"As Jenner was driving her vehicle consistent with all laws and speed limits, the Stalker Defendants, and others acting in concert with them, continuously, negligently, and recklessly operated their vehicles, tracking Jenner," the lawsuit reads.
"As a direct consequence and result of this stalking, harassing and distracting conduct, [Jenner] was visually distracted, and the negligence and reckless conduct of the Stalker Defendants did contribute to the cause of an accident where seconds and split seconds mattered." In January of this year, Jenner settled a lawsuit filed against her by the adult step-children of Kimberly Howe, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
