Selena Gomez Parasails, Flirts With Hunky Male Friend on 22nd Birthday in Saint-Tropez

Don't know about you, but she's feeling 22! Selena Gomez celebrated her 22nd birthday on Tuesday, July 22, in fabulous style, with a fun-filled trip to Saint-Tropez, France. Joined by supermodel Cara Delevingne and a few other pals, the "Slow Down" singer lived it up on a yacht in the French Riviera—and even chatted up a new guy. (Sorry, Bieber!)

The Spring Breakers actress looked happy and carefree as she soaked up the sun aboard her friend's luxury boat. She showed off her petite frame in a black bikini top and high-waisted white hot pants, while Delevingne rocked a black bikini top and printed shorts.

It wasn't a full day of lazing around, though. At one point in the afternoon, the girls were spotted parasailing above the water with another friend, all three strapped into side-by-side harnesses.

Gomez also joined a hunky male companion, Tommy Chiabra, the assistant to the owner of the boat, on a jet ski. She was photographed seated behind him on the watercraft, her arms wrapped around his shoulders so she could hold on to his life vest. They appeared friendly throughout the day, and were spotted chatting on board the yacht and huddling together under a couple of towels

Not present for the festivities was Gomez's sometime BFF Taylor Swift. The "22" singer has been spending a lot of time in New York City lately, but she sent her love to the birthday girl via Instagram.

"Usually this S represents 'Swift,'" the country-pop superstar captioned a picture of herself holding up a gold "S" charm attached to a chain around her neck, "but today I'm wearing it because SELENA IS 22!!!!"
