The penthouse, located in The Whitman, a four-unit prewar building in Manhattan's Flatiron district, is 6,250 square feet and boasts four bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. Not to mention, two levels of outdoor space with views of Madison Square Park.
Even better? Jenny from the Block has neighbors like Chelsea Clinton and NASCAR's Jeff Gordon to borrow sugar from.
The home is also equipped with a smart home system, has a private gym, and key-locked elevators with private landings.
