Khloe Kardashian's marriage to Lamar Odom is a lost cause -- in more ways than one. Though the reality star, 30, filed divorce papers more than 10 months ago, she and her estranged husband are still legally wed, in part because, as revealed in the new issue of Us Weekly, she's been unable to track him down to get him to sign.
"Khloe can't even get in touch with him right now," one insider tells Us of the former NBA star, 34. Adds another source: "He refuses to sign the divorce papers."
An Odom pal says the athlete is still hoping for a reconciliation. But Kardashian just wants to move on -- and she did, for a while, with rapper French Montana. They dated for eight months until splitting in September.
Odom, for his part, has been keeping a low profile in recent months. Over the summer, he was dropped by the New York Knicks for failing to "uphold the standards to return as an NBA player," team president Phil Jackson said in a statement, adding, "We found it necessary to free up the roster spot."
A source told Us at the time that the basketball player was "not doing great" and wasn't committed to getting back on the court. "Everyone was hoping that what went down with Khloe would see him rededicate himself to training and getting in shape for the season, but he seems to be only half in it," the insider said in July.
